Welcome to BoardHub. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our board-level leadership education services, digital products, and goods. By engaging with BoardHub, you agree to comply with these terms.

3. Service Offerings
BoardHub provides board-level leadership education in the form of live workshops, executive coaching sessions, and custom in-house training. Each offering is described on our website and confirmed in writing before scheduling.
4. Digital Products
Digital products include online courses, downloadable guides, and recorded workshop materials. Access is granted upon full processing of your order.
5. Goods
Goods consist of printed materials, workbooks, and branded merchandise available for shipment to your address.
6. Payment and Billing
Fees are processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to provide complete and accurate billing details. Charges will appear on your account statement under the name "BoardHub".
7. Refund Policy
BoardHub offers refunds under the following conditions:
- Service Bookings: Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the booking date, provided that no session has begun. Submit your request via our contact form. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Instead of a refund, you may choose to reschedule your session once at no additional fee, subject to availability.
- Commenced Services: Sessions that have started or been fully delivered are not eligible for a refund. This policy covers preparation and allocation of our expert facilitators.
- Digital Products: If less than 20% of a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Upon approval, access will be revoked and the amount refunded to the original payment source within 14 business days.
- Goods: Defective items may be exchanged for an identical product if the request is made within 7 days of delivery. BoardHub covers shipping costs for exchanges of defective goods. Customized or personalized merchandise cannot be refunded or exchanged.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty up to 48 hours before the start time. Requests received less than 48 hours in advance may incur a fee of 25% of the scheduled session rate. Failure to attend a scheduled session will be treated as a full session, with no eligibility for refund or rescheduling.
9. Modifications to Terms
BoardHub reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Your continued use of our offerings after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute the complete agreement between you and BoardHub regarding the subject matter herein.
